Consultation & Proposal
Welcome to the discovery phase. LJ&C wants to know who you are and what makes you tick. We meet with you in the space at hand to discuss all of your dreams and goals for the project. Whether it's a light refresh, renovation, or new build from scratch we want an intimate understanding of the existing conditions and your aspirations. Equipped with tape measures, cameras, and notepads we record everything we need to get started.

After - Family Room
Now is the time to present our vision for your space. We've listened to your hopes and concerns and we're ready to show you the possibilities. Our presentation includes floor plans and elevations to help communicate the flow, scale, and layout of the space, and physical samples of material selections such as fabrics, paints, flooring, tile, and rugs to help bring a richness to the vision. Design boards show photos of proposed furnishings and fixtures, and a budget helps you plan for the project. Once you approve our proposal we move forward to the next step...
Selections & Implementation
A proposal has been approved and now it's up to LJ&C to get busy turning this dream into a reality. Paint colors are being tweaked, fabric is being ordered, sofas are being shipped, and custom window treatments are being detailed all behind the scenes. We're getting all of the little duckies in a row and everything's coming together for the big day - installation day!
Installation & Finishing Touches
The big day has finally arrived! Beyond coordinating the delivery truck, and requisite muscle, LJ&C takes care of every last detail from the hanging of art to the pressing of window treatments. The dream is now a reality. Once a space's foundation has been completed there's an opportunity to assess where additional pops or accessories might make a big impact. Often there's a chance to introduce an additional piece of art, a special pillow, or unique find. This phase has a way of taking the project from perfect too beyond."
